Phyllis has been a QuickBooks ProAdvisor since 2002 and was a participant on Intuit's Customer Advisory Council in 2002-2003 where she strongly encouraged production of a QuickBooks version for non-profits, subsequently released in 2004. Phyllis served as technical editor for the monthly journal Inside QuickBooks and has been a contributing author to Intuit's ProConnection Newsletter.
